Abby Milliken is a dedicated and versatile professional with over eight years of experience across retail, healthcare support, and customer service environments. Known for her reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to creating positive customer experiences, Abby has successfully supported operations at major brands including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and Petco.
In her most recent roles, Abby served as an Office Coordinator and Medical Assistant at Jupiter Medical Center’s Pratt Whitney Urgent Care, where she streamlined scheduling, maintained employee health records, and ensured efficient day-to-day operations. Her background also includes experience in inventory control, sales support, animal care, and front-line customer service, showcasing her adaptability and wide-ranging skill set.

Shannon is a certified medical coder with over 15 years’ experience in the healthcare industry. She has previously worked with medical practices of varied specialties including Chiropractic, Oncology, Pediatrics, and Family practice.
In addition to her vast knowledge of the medical billing/coding process and working with insurance companies, she brings a unique perspective and understanding of the intricacies of medical practices and the challenges they face daily. Shannon understands the medical billing puzzle, from eligibility verification to claims reconciliation and every piece in between!
